· Information on the local housing market – description and prices – and what to expect.
· We look for and pre-select the housing that best meets your requirements.
· We give you a comprehensive description of the selection.
· We arrange, according to your availability, a visit of the houses most likely to suit you.
· We accompany you on the visits:one day.
· We carry out the negotiations with the real estate agent.We check the lease prior to signature.
· Inventory of the premises .
· Connection to the utilities (water, gas, electricity) and telephone.
(There is an additional fee should you decide to buy rather than rent.)

Administrative procedures
· Insurance.

Follow-up
. We keep in touch with you until you feel at home in Lyon.
. There is a hot line at your disposal for any questions or problems that might occur during your first month of relocation.
